Low season is October, November, December, January, February and March (electric heating and wood for wood burner is extra). The main chateau may be closed during gite bookings in low season

High season is June 12 to September 18 - prices include linen, towels and utility bills. Play marquee and above ground pool (unheated) available. Also includes free soft drinks plus teas and coffees in the salon of the marquee, free ice creams or lollies for the kids in the play marquee
Christmas, New Year and Easter - £600 a week including bills, linen, towels. No play marquee or pool
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm a reservation. This is non refundable.
The balance is due ten weeks prior to arrival - at this time the full amount is non refundable.

Voila - the one bedroomed cottage - is not available to rent on its own. It can only be rented with Voici or Votre. It is also not available in June, July or August.

Meals in the chateau
Some weeks it is possible to have a cottage on an all inclusive basis at £1,800 a week for a family of three or four. Includes all house drinks during your stay, breakfast in the chateau or your cottage each day, evening meals each day (except Thursday - our day off!) and children's play sessions most days in the morning and afternoon (not Wednesday evening or all day Thursday)
Self catering guests can also book meals on an ad hoc basis during the summer.you can often have meals in the chateau
A baby montior works between the cottages and the chateau, but you can put children to bed in the chateau salon in a sleeping bag if you prefer. Most don't even seem to wake up when they are carried back to the cottage later! An 18 year old neighbour is often happy to baby sit in the cottages at additional charge. Or we can arrange professional baby minding if given notice. Older children can play in the marquee or watch a movie during dinners. The cottages are 50 metres from the main house. Meals need to be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Children's meals and play sessions are also available most weeks in summer at additional charge. It is 12 euro a head for a play session or 18 euro a head for a play session and a children's meal.
